The word “Anjulima” in Nepali Language means the coupling of the hands with a slight hint of a scoop. The very word evokes an image of a beautiful pair of feminine hands on a body which is bowing down. It symbolizes offering, geniality and Nepalese hospitality. For us it is our idea, our soul, our inspiration.

I understand that defining a good mission and developing the values that support it takes time and enormous commitment. As a follower of Jack Welsh- the eminent management guru- I will always follow his words, “act in a boundary less fashion –always search for and apply the best ideas regardless of their source, be intolerant of bureaucracy and see change for the growth opportunity it brings.

We also value our People immensely. “People.Factor.Perspective” simply means a perspective to look into people as an important factor.

They say when a business wins; it helps everyone involved the employees, the stakeholders, society and the country at large. Although the anti big business rhetoric these days makes it look less so. For us Winning would mean getting the People Factor right.
