Associates’ Synergy Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a registered Human Resource Development and Employment Consultancy Concern. We are in the business of developing Human Resource for businesses. Short and extensive courses are constructed for all trades within the Construction, Hospitality, IT and organized service businesses. Courses are detailed, practical, and effective.

Job Morphing and Skill Tuning programs for practicing professionals are another important dimension. It requires in-depth understanding of the need of Employers and assessing and correcting the skills of candidates as required. Often these are minor Technical, language, attitude glitches that needs addressing.

Extensive Publicity and advertisement of our programs and its’ efficacy for jobs internationally is done through Mass Media, communication through civil societies, publicity programs in Colleges etc. Offices for recruitment and information are built in 5 cities to facilitate mass induction.

The heart of Synergy Nepal is the improvements in Skills for outgoing “Migrant Workers”. For example, each year around 150,000-200,000 Migrant workers leave Nepal with the top destination being the GCC states. General Unskilled Laborers make the bulk of it. There is a huge untapped market of school, high school and college educated unemployed/under-employed youth, who could easily be molded for Skilled Menial jobs. We hope this will help employers in our main Market countries to find enough skilled hands in competitive wages/salaries.

We have also pursued various undertakings in the Field of “Skilled Migration” to developed countries. Affiliation with TAFE (Technical and Further Education) Australia is under discussions and could materialize this year in 2011. Long term specialized culinary courses in affiliation with the Swiss School of Tourism is high on the agenda. These courses along with Migration Consultancy are services we deem fit to our portfolio and Nepalese aspirants will find a good solicitor in us.

The Middle East and South East Asian Markets will be our key focus for years. Skills and education level in Nepal do not provide for good reading. An upheaval of the Education system is urgent. Till then we can hope that filling the Skilled Menial Workforce Deficit nearer home is a latent productivity upgrade that our country could avail of.
